Sports Performance Enhancement
The XTS Sports Performance Enhancement Program caters to athletes of all
levels and ages.  All sports performance programs are individualized based
on the specific needs of your sport, and your own deficiencies.  XTS will
identify and address these deficiencies, which will maximize your
performance.  The Sports Performance program utilizes flexibility & mobility
work, speed training, strength training, energy system development,
nutrition guidance, and proper regeneration to develop the most explosive
and conditioned athletes around.

Lifestyle & General Health
The XTS Lifestyle & General Health program is offered to men and women
of all ages.  These programs are Individualized based on your current and
long term needs.  The program includes strength training, flexibility &
mobility work, nutrition guidelines, and endurance training.  Our unique
training methods will get you in the best shape of your life.  It is never too
late to start.

Satellite Training Program
The XTS Satellite program is offered to those individuals who can not train
at our facility.  These programs are Individualized based on your specific
needs, and include all aspects of training and nutrition guidance.  Satellite
programs are e-mailed in 2 week blocks and progress is monitored
throughout the week.
